David Warren is a seasoned political strategist with almost two decades of experience leading grassroots operations, managing campaign field programs, and training activists across key battleground states. From local delegate races to Four Presidential campaigns, David has earned a reputation for building disciplined, data-driven field operations that deliver results. His expertise lies in voter identification, persuasion, election integrity operations, and grassroots mobilization that translates into real wins at the ballot box.

 

Most recently, David served as North Carolina Election Integrity Director for the Republican National Committee, where he led operations across the 2021- 2022 midterms and 2023-2024 Presidential election with national records for poll observer shifts with 25,000+ and then 26,000 accordingly. His work helped secure a Republican legislative supermajority, maintain GOP majorities across both chambers, flip the State Auditor’s office for the first time since 2008, and deliver North Carolina’s electoral votes for President Trump. He also helped safeguard the integrity of elections during recounts and adverse events, including a major natural disaster in western North Carolina.

 

Earlier in his career, David played a critical role in turning the longtime battleground state of Ohio red in 2016-2019 —laying the groundwork for President Trump’s victory and Senator Rob Portman’s successful re-election in a hotly contested cycle where he led a ground game that did over 429,000 doors and over 325,000 calls across 10 counties in north East Ohio that had not been won by a Republican Presidential candidate in 70 years. He has since held leadership roles in Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Nebraska and New York, overseeing field programs that helped deliver landmark victories such as Daniel Cameron’s election as Kentucky Attorney General—the first Black Republican to hold the office and the first Republican elected to it since 1948 and the First Republican Female Commissioner in Ashtabula, Ohio, Kathryn Whittington. With a passion for training the next generation of conservative activists and a proven track record of managing high-impact ground games, David is now focused on helping clients build grassroots infrastructure, field-tested voter contact programs, and Election Day operations that win. David, worked with 20 teenagers in Youngstown (Little Chicago) now 7 of them have been or are elected officials in Ohio  has helped restart or form over 15 teen, college, YR women or men chapters across the United States.David has also worked on 4 State Chairmen or Vice Chair races in several States and 3 out of 4 of them have been women on the ballot.
